Interview Format

The interview should cover details regarding job responsibilities and requirements, the Company, working conditions, pay hours, and benefits.

The interviewer should inform the applicant that as a drug free workplace, Medical Staffing Solutions requires pre-employment drug screening of all applicants as a condition of employment. Additionally, due to the nature of our services and the clients we serve, a background investigation will also be conducted as a condition of employment. At the time of application, all applicants must complete forms consenting to and authorizing the drug screen and background investigations.
